All rentals are subject to 12.8% sales tax (estimate). The week includes 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Check-in time is on Saturday, 5:00 PM or later and checkout time is the following Saturday, not later than 10:00 AM. These times must be strictly adhered to, so that we have time to clean the unit. We will appreciate it if you let your whole party know the check-in and check-out times.

The home is cleaned; linens and towels are changed at our expense before and after each tenancy. All utilities, linens and towels, paper products and soaps are provided. Trash service is provided and all LOCAL telephone service (Aspen to Glenwood Springs) is at no expense to guests. Use cell phones for long distance calls. On slope parking permits may also be provided.

Reservations are confirmed with our receipt of your deposit. The deposit for each week reserved is 50% of the rental price. The balance of the rent and tax is due two months before your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to charge for the time that is confirmed by deposit unless the chalet is re-rented. Please note that any costs incurred as a result of the re-rental will be deducted from the deposit.
